Delivery

Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order (including VAT), this covers processing, packaging and insurance.  For delivery to addresses out side of the UK mainland we will confirm delivery charges.  Please note we can only deliver to the cardholder's address, if you wish us to deliver to a different address, please call us and we will be happy to arrange this.  All orders will be dispatched within 7 days subject to abvailability.

Prices / VAT

The prices shown on the website are shown excluding VAT with the amount of VAT shown in brackets.  Where the product is VAT exemptible those who are eligible for VAT can purchase at the ex-VAT price provided they complete the required declaration form.

Paying online is simple and secure.  We accept Credit and Debit cards via RBS WorldPay and PayPal. We take security very seriously and use trusted payment solutions provided by both PayPal and RBS WorldPay which uses internationally recognised security checks including Card Verification Value (CVV2), Address Verification Service (AVS) and Cardholder authentication (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).

Rapid SSL

What is SSL? The SSL (and TLS) protocol is the Web standard for encrypting communications between users and SSL (secure sockets layer) e-commerce sites.
